IKV-FILMSEC 1010 Spray

IKV-FILMSEC 1010 is a dispersion of tetrafluoroethylene telomers in isopropyl alcohol.

After evaporation of the solvent, a white, waxy lubricant remains which, due to its high fluorine content, has the following properties:

High lubricity.
High thermal stability.
High chemical inertness.
Non-flammability.
Insolubility.
Excellent separating and non-stick agent.
Low coefficient of friction.

In order to obtain a stronger adhesion of the film to the substrate, the treated part should be subjected to a temperature between 305 and 310°C for 5 to 10 minutes.

IKV-FILMSEC 1024 Spray

IKV-FILMSEC 1024 Spray is a dry film surface treatment product designed to provide the basic functions of Hexagonal Boron Nitride on treated materials in a durable manner.

IKV-FILMSEC 1024 Spray generates a thin film of about 20 μm under normal application conditions. Upon rubbing, the deposited film turns into a stabilised "foil" allowing for long-lasting operation.

IKV-FILMSEC 1084 Spray

IKV-FILMSEC 1084 Spray is a dry film surface treatment product designed to provide the basic functions of hexagonal graphite on treated materials in a durable manner.

IKV-FILMSEC 1084 Spray produces a thin film of about 20 μm under normal application conditions. When rubbed in, the deposited film turns into a stabilised "foil", which allows for long-lasting operation.
