IKV-TRIBOCHAIN 150 WR Spray is a non newtonien lubricant based on mineral oil. Its very viscous structure provides a remarkable adherence and anti-drip properties and reduces considerably the risk of contamination due to oil leakage or projections, especially at high chain speeds. It has a good temperature resistance until 150°C and a good ageing stability.

This long service life chain oil allows lubricant consumption reduction due to its good wear protection.
Additionally, it has excellent resistance to damp environments.

IKV-TRIBOCHAIN 150 WR Spray penetrates efficiently beneath water on wet or humid chains due to its “Water Repellent” performance. It provides also a good corrosion protection and prevents premature corrosion and chain failure.

IKV-TRIBOCHAIN 150 WR Spray is well suited for conveyor systems, and all types of chains including marine applications. This oil is perfectly adapted for gear couplings, bearings and sliding bearings in the paper, textile, food , and steel industries.

IKV-TRIBOCHAIN 250 HT Spray is a totally synthetic oil with a viscous structure which evaporates extremely slowly even at temperatures ranging from 200 to 260°C. Its excellent resistance to oxidisation gives it an exceptional stability at very high temperatures and enables the formation of a heavy coking residue to be avoided at temperatures up to 280°C.
It has anti-wear and reinforced extreme-pressure properties.

IKV-TRIBOCHAIN 250 HT Spray is an oil, which is specially adapted to the lubrication of the chains and bearings of systems that function at continuous temperatures between 170 and 280°C.

It is recommended for the lubrication of :

• chains and tracks for textile rames.
• chains and rollers for continuous particles boards presses.
• chains and bearings situated in stoves and dryers for polymerisation.

IKV-TRIBOCHAIN 4600 HT is a fully synthetic oil with a viscous structure with an excellent resistance to oxidation that allows an extremely low evaporation rate even when working in the range of 200 to 260°C and helps avoid lacquer residues when submitted totemperature up to 300°C.
It possesses an extremely well balanced additive package allowing wear reduction and resistance against extreme pressure.

IKV-TRIBOCHAIN 4600 HT Spray was specifically developed for the lubrication of chains and bearings which are operating at temperatures between 170°C and 300°C in continuous use. It is suitable for lubrication of chains and bearings situated in stoves, ovens and dryers.
