IKV-FLUOR MPM 2 H

IKV-FLUOR MPM 2 H is a non-flammable black grease developed from a perfluoroalkyl-polyether-type oil, a micronised PTFE as thickener and an anti-corrosion additive other than sodium nitrite. These components are totally inert physically and chemically in the event of aggression by all kinds of liquid or gaseous products (except for fluorinated solvents) and thermal and ionising radiation.

IKV-FLUOR MPM 2 H contains a high percentage of molybdenum bisulphide. During the mechanical contact and friction, the solid lubricants film deposited on surfaces is transformed into a stabilized “leaf” allowing durable operation, thank to this solid lubricant film of protection.
IKV-FLUOR MPM 2 H is also compatible with all widely used elastomers, seals, gaskets, plastics and metals.

IKV-FLUOR MPM 2 H is suitable for the lubrication of all bearings, sliding bearings or joints subjected to extreme temperatures or to aggressive conditions capable of altering conventional lubricants. It is used principally on CV joints in automobile industry, for curing ovens in glass, steel, paint, chemical and
corrugated industries.

IKV-FLUOR DML-2

IKV-FLUOR DML-2 is a non-flammable white grease elaborated from a perfluoroalkyl-polyether type oil, a submicronised PTFE as thickener and an anticorrosion additive. This grease is totally inert physically and chemically in the event of aggression by all kinds of liquid or gaseous products (except for fluorinated solvents) and thermal radiation.

IKV-FLUOR DML-2 2 is also compatible with all widely used elastomers, seals, gaskets, plastics and metals.

IKV-FLUOR DML-2 is suitable for the lubrication of all bearings, sliding bearings or articulations subjected to extreme temperatures or to aggressive atmospheres able to deteriorate usual lubricants. It is especially designed for the lubrication of ovens, tunnel of drying, stabilisation or polymerisation in the glass, textile, plastic film, paints, chemical, nuclear, robotic and corrugated board  industries.
IKV-FLUOR DML-2 is equally adapted for the lubrication in thin film of sliding electrical contacts or as dielectric agents.

IKV-FLUOR TA 3 H

IKV-FLUOR TA 3 H is a nonflammable white grease elaborated from a fluorinated oil, a polytetrafluorethylene telomer and an anticorrosive additivation. This grease provides an extraordinary combination of properties which include:

• Excellent high temperature stability (does not produce carbonisation residues)
• Excellent lubrication properties
• Compatibility with metals, plastics, seals and elastomers
• Exceptional high degree of chemical inertness which steam or boiling water (fluorinated solvents excepted)

IKV-FLUOR TA 3 H contains solid lubricants with low size particles which ensure a long life lubrication film under high pressures.

IKV-FLUOR TA 3 H is a special grease, developed for the press moulds lubrication that are used for the vulcanisation of rubber tyres.
IKV-FLUOR TA-3 H allows long intervals without relubrication and prevents manufacturing waste linked to the presence of lubricant.

IKV-FLUOR TA 3 H is also suitable for the lubrication of all bearings, bearing or articulations subjected to extreme temperatures or to aggressive atmospheres able to deteriorate usual lubricants.

IKV-FLUOR MPA 2 H

IKV-FLUOR MPA 2 H is a non-flammable white grease developed from a perfluoroalkyl-polyethertype oil, a micronised PTFE as thickener and an anti-corrosion additive other than sodium nitrate. But it is because of this infinite range and variety of polymer combinations and variations in the final formulation that it is usually up to the end user to decide if further compatibility testing is required before making any decision about future use in a new application or with a new material.
IKV-FLUOR MPA 2 H is formulated exclusively using components that appear in the positive list of the Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) and is registered according to National Sanitary Foundation NSF H-1 standard.

IKV-FLUOR TB-1 SL is also compatible with all widely used elastomers, seals, gaskets, plastics and metals. But it is because of this infinite range and variety of polymer combinations and variations in the final formulation that it is usually up to the end user to decide if further compatibility testing is required before making any decision about future use in a new application or with a new material.

IKV-FLUOR TB-1 SL is particularly indicated for the lubrication of braking mecanisms and clutch systems.
