IKV-TRIBOFLON TXN 702 OX

IKV-TRIBOFLON TXN 702 OX is a special non-flammable white lubricating paste/sliding agent developed from a perfluoroalkyl-polyether-type (PFPE) oil and a special thickener. Due to the fact that this product is free of organic materials, it is completely non-flammable and consequently can be used in critical applications where fire safety and explosion risk are vital considerations for the user. This product cannot be burned and does not produce oxidative residues.

IKV-TRIBOFLON TXN 702 OX is suitable for use as a lubricant/sliding agent in both highly pressurised and low pressurised tube and piping systems, valves and fittings or other components for gaseous oxygen service at temperatures up to 60°C also when oxygen is suddenly compressed adiabatically.
This paste is also suitable for compressors, sealing, packing of bearing and sealant housings, gears, slideways, roller and plain bearings, bolt threads and screw connections, gas welding, oxygen lances in steel production, Oxygen handling systems for scuba and respiratory systems, other reactive gases, medical gases and medical equipment.

IKV-TRIBOFLON FYB 512

IKV-TRIBOFLON FYB 512 is a non-flammable white grease developed from a perfluoroalkyl-polyether-type oil, a micronized PTFE as thickener and an anti-corrosion additive other than sodium nitrite. It is totally inert physically and chemically in the event of aggression by all kinds of liquid or gaseous products (except for fluorinated solvents) and thermal radiation.

IKV-TRIBOFLON FYB 512 is suitable for the lubrication of all bearings, sliding bearings or joints subjected to extreme temperatures or to aggressive conditions capable of altering conventional lubricants. It is used principally for curing ovens in glass, textile, plastic film, paint and chemical industries.

IKV-TRIBOFLON FYB 512 is also compatible with all widely used elastomers, seals, gaskets, plastics and metals, however because of the many variations of plastic and elastomer compounds, it is recommended to carry out some preliminary checks in case of any uncertainty with any specific compound being used.

IKV-TRIBOFLON FYB 512 is equally adapted for the lubrication of conveyor bearings due to its high thermal resistance and low bleeding.

IKV-TRIBOFLON SYN 502 FG is a non-flammable, translucent and odourless grease formulated from a perfluoroalkyl-polyether type oil and an inorganic thickener. This grease is totally inert physically and chemically in the event of aggression by all kinds of liquid or gaseous products (except for fluorinated solvents) and thermal radiation. This grease is also stable to aggresive plastic condensates.

IKV-TRIBOFLON SYN 502 FG is compatible with all widely used elastomers, seals, gaskets, plastics and metals. But it is because of this infinite range and variety of polymer combinations and variations in the final formulation that it is usually up to the end user to decide if further compatibility testing is required before making any decision about future use in a new application or with a new material.

IKV-TRIBOFLON SYN 502 FG is formulated exclusively using components that appear in the positive list of the Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) and is registered according to National Sanitary Foundation NSF H-1 standard.

IKV-TRIBOFLON SYN 502 FG is suitable for the lubrication of ejectors and sliding surfaces in plastic injection moulding tools and more generally for all bearings, plain bearings, slideways or articulations subjected to extreme temperatures.
Due to its high viscous base oil, this grease allows excellent adhesion on the surfaces, ensures damping properties and prevents squeaks and rattles.
Thanks to its low vapour pressure, IKV-TRIBOFLON SYN 502 FG is also designed for the lubrication of equipment under high vacuum.
