LUBRICANTS FOR EJECTORS

IKV-FLUOR 70 et IKV-TRIBOFLON SYN 502 FG

PFPE lubricants used as release agents or lubricants at high temperatures (up to 250°C). These completely colourless lubricants leave a very long-lasting greasy film which does not stain the articles. Particularly appreciated for thermoplastics because of their high resistance to high temperatures up to 300°C without forming residues.

IKV-TRIBOSTAR MBK 102 C

IKV-TRIBOSTAR MBK 102 C is highly resistant to high temperatures, loads and corrosion and provides long-term protection against wear. It has a combination of solid lubricants which gives it emergency lubrication properties, especially in limited speed.
It is compatible with all good quality elastomers and seals, except EPDM types. This grease is also available in aerosol form, excellent for lubricating ejectors, columns, slides, drawers, and protects against water and steam up to 150°C.

MOUNTING PASTE FOR GUIDE COLUMNS, BALL JOINTS, PRESS CORES

IKV-TRIBOPASTE C-2

IKV-TRIBOPASTE C-2 is a high temperature copper paste used as a lubricant for guide columns, ball joints and press cores. Its strong adhesion and remarkable thermal stability allow long lubrication frequencies without intervention.

IKV-FILMSEC 1010 Spray

IKV-FILMSEC 1010 Spray is particularly used for the removal of plastic parts such as plexiglass and as a static electricity developer. After evaporation of the solvent, a white, waxy lubricant remains which, due to its high fluorine content, has the following properties:

• Excellent separating and anti-stick agent.
• High thermal stability.
• Non-flammable.
• High chemical inertia.
• Low coefficient of friction

PAINTABLE DEMOULDING

IKV-DEMOUL 10

IKV-DEMOUL 10 is a clean, colourless, post-operative spray release agent for plastic and rubber parts, which allows painting operations. IKV-DEMOUL 10 has the following properties:

• Good compatibility with moulding materials.
• High thermal stability which prevents the formation of coking residues in the moulds.
• Good release effect in thin films.
• Allows tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes to be achieved.
• Strong anti-adhesion properties, which facilitate demoulding operations after very rapid evaporation of the solvent.

MOULD PROTECTION

IKV-PROTEC 100

IKV-PROTEC 100 is recommended for the protection of tools, small parts in mechanical interoperations, as well as for the protection of plastic injection moulds and anti-corrosion during press stoppages (weekends) or in medium-term storage.
IKV-PROTEC 100 does not migrate into the ejector mechanisms and allows the use of moulds without the need to remove the protective film.
IKV-PROTEC 100 neutralises fingerprints and provides highly effective temporary protection, as demonstrated in salt spray tests.

IKV-DECAPANT N

IKV-DECAPANT N penetrates deeply to dissolve grease, paint, corrosion marks, inks, resins, plastics or elastomers on solvent-resistant substrates. Ideal for stripping moulds. It is guaranteed free of Methylene Chloride. It does not contain N-Methyl Pyrrolidone or Methanol.

DEGREASING SOLVENT

IKV-SOLV 1005

Degreaser spray propelled by a non-flammable gas.
IKV -SOLV 1005 is an aerosol can containing a technical cold degreaser which is completely free of chlorine and aromatic compounds. It has a very high solvent power combined with a high evaporation rate and no residue.
The double spray of IKV-SOLV 1005 makes it possible to reach hard-to-reach parts (spray) or to dissolve dirt over a large area by spraying.
